Compassionate Listening and Presence

At the outset of each Pantarei Approach session, we engage with our clients to understand them better, recognise their struggles, and grasp the changes they wish to pursue. It requires training to appreciate that this compassionate listening and acknowledgment of their pain must precede any meaningful transformation.

We understand that attentive listening and being fully present is the foundational step toward healing. We believe that when someone creates a safe space for our emotions, poses thoughtful questions, and guides us back to our inherent strengths and abilities, we feel secure enough to open up and begin to uncover the light that exists even in challenging times.

Let us stay connected to our own humanity and that of others. It’s essential to realize that by being attentive, creating supportive environments, and showing curiosity about the experiences of those around us, we contribute to building a better society. The Pantarei Approach is not merely a solution; it is a mindset, a way of engaging with people and situations that emphasizes curiosity, hope, and, most importantly, presence.

In our initial conversation, we will explore together what challenges you are facing and what aspirations you hold. 

 Our first session is a comprehensive 90 minutes, allowing us to delve deeply into your experiences. Following that, each session will last 60 minutes, incorporating elements reminiscent of massage. Yet, every touch serves as an invitation for you to connect with your inner self through your breath. It’s essential to heed the wisdom of the body, as it never deceives. 

 I will guide you to tap into the trust and strength that already reside within you. You will learn to harness these qualities to dissolve blockages and foster lasting change. This journey will unveil new perspectives, empowering you to articulate your desires and objectives clearly. 

 As your mind gains fresh insights, your body will experience newfound freedom. 

You will rediscover how to perceive your body in a transformative way, standing confident once again.
